Every family needs to have their portraits taken and have them hung on the wall.
For me as a photographer, taking family portrait has become a huge passion of mine. COMM 316 Professional Imaging has allow me to learn about taking family portrait. I found out that family portraiture has been my favorite kind of portraiture. As I work with the families, not only do I learn about their stories, but I also feel partially the love they have for each other.
The first family that I took photo of is the Robinson family. These guys are LDS/Mormon living in the Rexburg, Idaho area. This is such an adorable family. Each family member is adorable in their own way. I feel like this vintage cute filter really works for their family. So, here you go… let’s “meet the Robinsons!” (I’m sure this movie reference has been over used for their family but I still think it’s awesome) 🙂
1. Meet the family:
2. Meet Brooke and Kipper:
These two are the most adorable couple of brother and sister I have ever seen. It’s so fun working with just these two. I have them playing on the grass and these photos just come naturally. Lindsey Lefevre, my fellow photographer at BYU-Idaho, love the way these guys play on the grass.
3. Meet Brooke, Paige, and Kipper individually:
This is Brooke. She is the oldest child in the Robinson household.
And this is Kipper, the brother.
4. Bonus shot of the father and the daughters:
The Gallery Studio has some awesome family portraits if you want to check them out!
