I dedicate this food and product photography blog for products that are not edible 🙂

I photograph some non-food merchandises in my photo excursion with COMM 316, Professional imaging taught by Caryn Esplin. It’s a lot of fun to style and take photos of these products. I actually own the GUESS perfume and the Old Spice Shower Gel. Before I came on the photo excursion with COMM 316, I have some idea mapped out in my head.

Check out these tips for product photography by cariblogger. The three tips she listed were paying attention to the detail, getting the right exposure, and only capture the best side of the product. These tips have been very helpful when I photograph these products.

I have Lindsey Lefevre look at my images and her favorite was of my perfume with the fire place in the background. I took sometimes to style that image. I used a blanket and wrapped it around the perfume bottle and add a fire place to add a warm and cozy feel to the image.

Product photography is super fun!
